Sacha is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Registered Counsellor with more than a decade of clinical experience supporting adolescents and adults. She provides individual counselling for people experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and PTSD.

  • Previous Secondary College Team Leader who supported a multidisciplinary team, giving Sacha a thorough understanding of adolescent mental health and the specific stressors associated with this developmental stage.

  • Supports veterans, first responders, and their families. As a military veteran herself, she is uniquely positioned to guide members of the military community through their mental health recovery journey.

  • A trained domestic violence counsellor providing compassionate and confidential support to individuals affected by abuse, coercion, or controlling behaviours.

  • Offers a safe, non-judgmental space to help clients navigate life challenges at any age or stage.

  • Uses a proactive, targeted approach to support recovery and wellbeing.

  • Favoured modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT).
